Welcome the final day of your weekend retreat with Onward Yoga. Today we bring together several of the practices we have done throughout the weekend into one masterclass that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, energized, and centered within your whole self. We recommend having a block, a bolster, and a blanket for class, although it can be done without props as well. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
